Welcome to Computer Troubleshooters of Pewaukee! All new business
clients are offered a FREE on-site survey of
their current technology structure. This allows the client to learn about the
present status of their systems and security levels and to receive
recommendations for the proper use and maintenance of their hardware (as well as
providing an introduction to our technician and services). After the initial
site survey, business clients can choose to either call for support on an
as-needed basis or ask our technician to design a maintenance contract to fit
their unique needs. No request too big or too little.

MEET THE TEAM |

Jeff Edelstein has over 25 years of
experience in the PC industry. During his career, he has designed and managed
support and help desk operations for a national reseller, run technical support
activities for several PC peripheral manufacturers and worked closely with major
software and hardware developers. In addition, he has held sales and marketing
positions with several key PC manufacturers in the display and storage product
areas. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and has done
graduate work at the University of Arizona in Management Information Systems. |
