Welcome to Computer Troubleshooters of Brookfield! All new business
clients are offered a complimentary Problem Prevention Report
during their first on-site visit. This allows the client to learn about the
present status of their systems and security levels and to receive
recommendations for the proper use and maintenance of their hardware (as well as
providing an introduction to our technician and services). After the initial
visit, business clients can choose to either call for support on an
as-needed basis or ask our technician to design a maintenance contract to fit
their unique needs. No request too big or too little.

MEET THE TEAM |
|
 |
Scott DeCleene, our Senior Field Engineer,
has a college background in Computer Science and a lifelong fascination with
technology. His work experience included running OS 7.5 through 10.4 and
virtually every computer system Apple has marketed in the past nine years;
successfully introducing PCs to a Mac-only business environment and ensuring the
systems worked together effectively, and building a network back from scratch
after a business experienced a flood.
Scott’s hobbies include hosting LAN parties for as many as 45 individuals which
entails setting up a network for a day and then tearing it down, all the while
making sure everyone can connect while it is in operation. He also has a 13-year
rivalry with a friend involving which one can upgrade and outdo the other in
designing improved computer systems with all the attendant bells and whistles.
Scott is CompTIA A+ certified. |
